MUSHING 101 – $250 per person
Overnight adventure camp for youth.
Session 1 – Feb 16-18 – ages 10&up
Session 2 – Feb 19-21 – ages 13&up
Session 3 – Feb 23-25 – ages 10&up
Day One – Arrive at 6pm. Campers will engage in lessons about the dogs, dogsledding equipment, commands and what to expect on the trail. A night run is possible depending on weather. Day Two – campers will embark at least two dogsled runs, cook lunch over a winter campfire and snowshoe. Day Three – campers will participate in at least one more dogsled run, cook lunch over a winter campfire and snowshoe. Camp is over at 4pm on Day Three.
An evening snack on Day One, all meals and snacks on Day Two, Breakfast, Lunch and snacks on Day Three are provided.
Dogsledding Adventures available as soon as the trails are ready
– usually mid January.
Afternoon Dogsledding Adventure – $250.00 for up to 4 people
Family or Friend groups of 4 may reserve a session. Children 3 & up may be able to participate by riding in the sled on an adults lap, or even driving the dogsled, depending on their size and the trail conditions.
Dogsledding can be added to a winter cabin rental. Call for availability and pricing.
